Tough to do with bolt-on's and an A4. Without popping valve covers - real CAI, cheapest tb foil you can find, CSI pump, and a tune from madz28. These will get you closer to that 300rwhp goal.

Yup. Add the CAI along with the RRS and tune and I believe you are in good shape.

A decent CAI and 1.6RR's ... Dont get cheap on the rockers though, anything that goes INSIDE the engine, its worth the extra $$$ to buy the quality product instead of the "cheapest" set ...

As far as a CAI, it doesnt matter much which brand, just get one with a KN filter. Lingenfelter's have the same KN and the FIPK and are like 40$ cheaper. Seems to be made of decent quality. I like mine.

Comp Cams Pro Magnum roller rockers are very good. They're not the cheapest, but for what you get for your $, I think they're a great deal. Springs will be needed with these. Some have gotten by with leaving the tired stock ones in, but that's not exactly the most intelligent way of going about it. They're not designed for the geometry change the new rockers will introduce anyway.

If you're serious about the rockers, contact a shop to put a package together for you to ensure you get all the right stuff - that works together. www.cmotorsports.com is a great place to start. They're good on prices and customer svc.

I made 300 RWHP and 314 RWTQ with my 1996 6spd Z-28. That was without tune and on a computer that died on me as we pulled it off the dyno! I have done some more work since then so I hope to get some better numbers. If you are up for the change, I would suggest long tubes with a 3 inch y pipe. Definitely the Comp 1.6 Pro Magnums. I will post my mods later, I'm not on my home computer and there are too many mods to start listing. BTW-443 RWHP and 514 RWTQ with 150 shot!

A good CAI such as a Moroso and a tune might get you there. If not, you could get away with a pulley and probably get there without doing rockers. That built tranny is costing you some hp too so keep that in mind.
