I ordered all the parts from Summit and then had Dave at Ice-Cold A/C throw everything on and do what little work to make it fit that he had to. After tax I payed 159.75 for everything to be installed and then threw Dave $50 for doing such a great job.

 

P&P Heads, GM847... yada yada... 3" true duals that I am very proud of, lol.


What do you mean "go full droop?"

 

Jack the car up, but let the rear end hang. You know, like when you go to get new tires put on. Just curious if that will push down on your exhaust.

No, you didn't miss them, haha. I personally do not like turn downs, so I opted to go without them... at least for now. I might end up putting a set on, but I like it the way it is now, so unless a problem develops the way it is it wont get turn downs.

Are those the 23.5 in or the 16.5in case. I bought a 16.5 and it didnt do **** and sounded like an open header. Just curious because after I bought that short one I wonderd if the longer ones worked better.

I think what really quieted it down from open LT's was the Magnaflow True X-crossover.

 

ok I understand. The reason I asked is because I am doing a simmilar setup and decided to go with flowmaster 40s and cutouts because I thought the bullets were to loud. I am having problems getting them to fit how I like. And btw could u get a vid of a few flybys. That thing sounds good at an idle ,but I want to hear her with the throttle cracked open a bit.

 

How can you guys stand to drive around like that? doesnt the drone kill you. I thought I was going to go insane when I had to drive 10 miles up the road to get the rest of my exhaust put on.... If the drone isnt killing how are you keeping the fumes out? every light I came to the car would stink, even on the highway with the windows down it would get pulled in....

Order 6 more bends from summit and finish it off out the rear!
