As stated in the title, would non self-aligning 3/8 stud rockers be adequate for the Comp 503 cam? I may be able to snag a good deal on a used set... However, I don't want to take any risks, if they won't hold up, I'll just stick with the 7/16 ones. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.

 

Held up for me for 2 years... until I had a rocker back off on me.. but that's not stud related so

 

Adequate? Yes. However 7/16" are stiffer. Less "spring" in valvetrain the better. In the total scheme of things they don't cost that much.
