3:73's or 3:42's????????

I have a hotcammed lt1 z with a built tranny, a 2800 stall yank and a shift kit.

After my hotcam, when i punch it, it is strong but runs out of gear too quick. It kinda feels like I have too much gear for the car. I currently have the 3:73 in. Should I go to a 3:42 or what???

any results others have had are very welcome. Please try to help me.

Well, I have those now

I dunno , maybe I am just not used to the extra power yet, but it sure feels like I could use a taller gear.

Anyone else have any ideas?
