Wondering if this an able install to do at home, knowing that I don't work on cars. I don't want to pay an unsubstantial amount to have someone install it. And was wondering if anyone knows anywhere that could even install them in southern cali? thanks.

they need to be professionally installed,
i paid $150 for my install.
you will need the installation kit also. i think the total price for my gear swap was $500.
