This reminds me of the time i bought some special additive that makes you get better gas mileage, a tornado fuel saver, a special set of spark plugs, gas saving floor mats, ect

I filled the car up to half a tank in town, and by the time i got home it was over flowing!

I dont believe the gains, but honestly there are additives to boost the octane. My dad used to tell me we he used to race that a trick at the track was to put a few moth ***** in the gas tank and the moth ***** would boost the octane up considerably, but you cant put them in fuel injected engines.

As I understand it, running higher octane in a motor that isn't tuned or have the sensor ability to "self-tune" for it is a waste of time. This particular engine additive is probably totally BS anyway.

I am dissapointed that the tablets don't cost a lot more. That way anyone stupid enough to buy them is punished automatically.
The moth ball trick has been around for years, and for just as long, possibly longer, it has never worked.

I didnt even click on the link but it seems to be a type of octane booster. They are not worth investing in when they say it raises octane by a point it really on raises it a tenth. Example 93 becomes 93.1. you only really need high octane gas when your compression ratio is high, or got lots boost.

In all actuality you will get some gain, even if it isn't tuned for a higer octane. Just the fact of what the octane does. Now i would have to say there gains would not be typical, but i am sure they have shown those type of gains once or twice but not repeatability--or in certian set-ups.

Run regular then run some 100 race fuel and see if you feel a difference. But then again there stuff probably isn't 100 octane....lol

The moth-ball thing works----how they get the octane higher is adding things that don't burn easy--like when they add grains and corn and such.

Take it for what it's worth---it's just another octane booster-----rather save the ten bucks on each fill-up and put it to a power adder that is there all the time, not when your on the pill.....lol

Sure it gives you better gas mileage.

It clogs your fuel pump.

I don't know about more hp, though. Their results were password protected so I guess the results are just too good to let the general public in on!

So your saying if i add water to my gas it will run better because the water wont burn easily ?
I think you need to read up on octane ratings, how they are rated, and how the combustion process uses them.
