I know all the mechanicals....I did a search and found nothing on this wiring question.

My question is:

I have an LT1 engine harness and PCM, but will that harness plug right into the V6 harness (under the glovebox)? Not sure if anything needed to be modified there or not. I looked at the connectors and they are all the same....however a few of the wires are different colors and I have no schematics here.
