Is 278cfm @ .550 good for LT4 heads?

Is 278cfm @ .550 good for LT4 heads?
Is 278cfm @ .550 good for LT4 heads? I was down at my engine shop and they were showing me a set of LT4 heads with the flow sheet, it showed 278 cfm at .550 lift. Is this good? They said they could replicated and get some pretty decent flow out of my LT1 heads. What should I expect from the LT1s? I am building a new motor but what would these kind of heads do to my emissions? Thanks guys

"The LT4's start out flowing 245/165 with a 190 cc port.
After porting they flow 285/195 with a 208 cc port.
The LT1's start out flowing 215/150 with a 170 cc port.
After porting they flow 275/190 with a 205 cc intake port."
From a VERY reputable LT1 porter on these boards
