Question 275/40/R17 tires for under $140 a tire?

I have looked everywhere and the cheapest decent tire i can find is the falken 512 for $150.. total would be around $640. I really want to stay under $600 and id like to stay away from Kumo 712s if at all possible.. though nobody even has those so anybody have some decent tires at a good price like under $140?!?

I would also like some options for cheap tires. 275s and 315s if anyone knows of any cheap ones.

You can get BFG KDWS (275/40/17) at tirerack.com for $141 a pop, pardon the pun.
They also have the Pirelli P7000 for the same price.

I bought a set of Kumho 712's for $480, 275/40/17.
I was offered a deal from Discount tire direct for a set of BFG G-Force T/A KDW or Nitto 555R 275/40/17 earlier this year for $138/tire when I was trying to get my car done for the Players Run event.

Try the Hancook tires. Haven't heard anything about them, but they also carry Z-rated tires.

What wrong with kumhos??? they are damn good tires, better than any other 200+ ridiculously priced bs. I say go with kumhos, can't beat em for less than 200, and they are only 110. But hey if you want to be cool and get cooler more expensive tires because it's really going to help next time you get into a race, go for it
