Arrow 233/239 Sound Clips

I just installed my Y-pipe and took an idle sound clip of the 233/239 I installed a few days ago.

The specs on the cam are:
233/239 duration, .569"/.577", 112lsa

The car has Jet-Hot LTs, Jet-Hot/Hooker Y-pipe and Magnaflow catback.

I will post some WOT clips later (very very mean ) .. didn't have time to do any of those yet.

The car idles at 950 in the clips.

clips are loading now, but in the meantime... did you use 1.5 or 1.6 rockers?

Thanks a lot for your compliments, guys!

Yes, it feels great to finally drive it after all the pain I went through with those damn headers... and motor mounts too.

Lee, I received your email and I will reply to it tonight.

Timberwolf, I used Pro Mag 1.6 non-self aligning rockers with GM guideplates and comp R lifters. The springs are Combination 612 springs and the pushrods are Comp Hi-Tech Chromemoly 1 piece.

How's the SOTP dyno reading?

I knew that would be a good cam Hopefully it's not to stout for that converter Let me know how the combo works...

It pulls hard and I can feel the torque, but my 700R4 won't let it rev past 5700. (and that's where it feels most powerful) At least I'm happy it even shifts.
I might readjust the rockers today, throw some ET Streets on and try it at the track tomorrow if the weather will be nice.

My temp gauge doesn't work and I'm a little worried about driving it for a longer period of time. I've bled the coolant a few times already and I'm still paranoid.

It sucks because the sensor isn't broken or anything. I'll have to figure it out today or drive with a laptop.

Ion,
That sounds great man. Hell, if I had done more research on cams, I would have gotten that cam instead of the 230/236
I'm with Camro z28...let's here some revs from that bad boy

Here's a rev for you and a not-so-good driving clip from yesterday.

Sorry guys, couldn't do anything more interesting since it's pretty humid outside and anything above 1/3 throttle and the car will go sideways.
