All you guys with XE 230/236 cam, where do you have your rev limiter set?

with ported heads, it should be around 6500, my 224/230 peaks around 6300 with ported heads, i shift at 6500rpm

mine made power on the dyno to 6400 if that helps u. mine is on a 110 lobe seperation but i dont think that makes a difference.

I have mine set to shift at 6500, with rev limiter at 7000 thru the MSD 6AL. Car feels like it is still pulling at 6500.

made peak rwhp @ 6000rpm, shift at 6.2k and my limiter is @ 6.5k.

I have the 230/236 on a 112 LSA with STOCK heads in an M6 vehicle. My rev limiter is set at 6650RPM and I shift it at 6300RPM. Hope this helps?

Thanks for all the replies guys....where would you advise i set my rev limiter at with an A4....XE 230/236 112* lsa......with stock heads....?
6500 should be safe?

Where would a safe shift be if I'm going with the single coil 612 springs...it shouldn't be too high....?
