2 Problems.. O2s and Coolant

I've had like 13mpg city since I bought my 93 TA a year ago. Are O2s a possibility as to why it is so low?

Also, my coolant... hadn't looked at it since Christmas break, but looked today and it's about an inch below full cold. The block drain plug (not the knock sensor one) had been VERY hard to get in when I did a coolant flush during Christmas break in December. A friend of mine actually ended up getting it in... could this be responsible for a realllly slow leak like this? And what should I do?

How do you drive it? normal or like I do

What mods are done if any?

ses light?

And is there any indication of a leak there? Maybe just low from the last change you did.

That's why I thought a sensor maybe, cuz when I drive HARD ALL THE TIME... I get like 13-13.5mpg... when I drive REALLY SOFT... I get like... 14mpg. Hardly changes!!

Mods are all in my sig, nothing huge... if anything I would think I would have helped my mpg w/ a little better air flow. ??

No SES.

Coolant was definately as full as it should be when I did the flush... so unless it is normal for it to be like an inch lower, several months later, then it is leaking.

could have had a air pocket in there when you refilled it. top it off and keep a eye on it.

As far as the gas mileage have you had the injectors cleaned? If not it wouldn't hurt.
