Question 2 Issues, Smoothness, RPMS dropping

One, after extensive modding, i found my car to be smoother then i thought it was going to be. This is great sense i still like to take it out for "dates" and not have my passenger get nauseus. However, it still is a little rumbly, and i would like to smooth it out, any suggestions on how to do that?

And second, almost every time i brake to a full stop, wheter a light, or stop sign, my rpms drop and my car gets close to dieing out. This also happens when going in reverse and making quick shifts from reverse to drive and back again. My RPMS stay around 900-1200 when idle or neutral, but drop down to 400-600 during a brake or reversing. Any ideas on why, and how do i eliminate that?

Someone who knows more about automatic transmissions should chime in here, but I'm guessing that this is a great excuse to upgrade your torque converter.

One more thing to add to this, when i am at idle, after my rpms drop a little, my oil pressure is somewhat sparatic at times.

sorry to say, but you're not going to smooth out much. the LT4 hot cam, although it is pretty tame for what it is, you're still going to have that little lump in the idle. you could try redoing all your bushings in the suspension. the worn out bushings will cause some of a harsh ride, but the camaro is inheirently stiff and you'll feel almost every bump.
