1LE explanations?
whats up guys, i have a few quick questions regarding the 1le cars, b/c i found 1 for sale and would like to know more about how it came about.
-how can you tell if it is a 1le car, will there be markings?besides the actual suspencion
-if a 1le option was from chevrolet how do you get a 1le SS, and why does slp sel 1le parts?
-anybody know by chance how many 1le SS's where built in 1996?

1996 was first year for AC
55 were produced, don't know the breakdown Z28/SS
check the rubber elbow before throttle body. it should not have a long plastic extension ("donkey dong") coming from it and attached at bottom of air dam and radiator shroud.
shocks should be Yellow Koni Double Adjustables
no fog lights
no power options for locks, windows ...
as stated above 1LE should show up on RPO list in glove box

They do not come with Koni double adjustable shocks. I tossed the stockers when I put on the Bilsteins, but I don't remember what they were.
