Lightbulb 1999 Camaro SS Exhaust will fit '95?

I'm curious as to whether or not the factory exhaust system from a 99 SS will fit on my 1995 Z.

If so, could I expect any gains? I assume the sound would be better, and that really what I'd be going for; just curious if it would fit or not.

Thanks

Depends what your will to do to make it fit. The rear muffler, tailpipes, and most of the center exhaust pipe should fit no problem. I'd bet you could cut and weld you center pipe to the LS1 center pipe and be good to go.

Only one question......WHY???

A stock muffler is a stock muffler. They all pretty much suck.

Why? Because it's free; my exhaust has 83k mi on it, and this one has 10k. And being that it was from an SS I wouldve assumed it would be a tick better than my 95 Z's

I have mac headers, off road y-pipe and a 02 SS catback. I love it. You will notice an increase after you put it on.
