When my corvette, automatic transmission, sits over night, the button that you push down, in the center of the shifter, doesn't want to go down. If I wait a few minutes after the car is warmig up, and I keep playing with it, it finally releashes. Once the car has been driven it won't do it. Does any body know anything about this?

you need to take it apart and see whats going on in there...clean it out, grease it up and see if that helps.

 

Nothing major, must be spilled coke or crap in there.
