1995 z dont run.

Ok, well I have a 1995 z28, and about 2yrs ago I got some work don’t on it. I got zz9 cam, cold air, heads ported and polished, thermostat, computer programmed. Well since then my car hasn’t ran right for a long period of time. I have had to change my distributor, like 3 times, and they work for about 2 months, then my car starts to miss fire, and bogs down, then it will just start up then shut right off. Sometimes when I would be driving and I would get on it, it would just stop; die on me right when I got on it. Does anyone no what could be wrong with my car. I would so much appreciate it, I have looked around and I just can’t seem to find someone that can help me. Thank you for your time....

You mentioned you have gone through 3 optis in a short time frame and you recently cammed the car. The first thing that comes to mind is do you have the correct opti drive pin length on the camshaft?
