1995 camaro z28 lt1

my son has a 95 camaro z28 lt1 6 speed he wants to gets at least 400 to 450 hp and he wants a supercharger but hes overseas in the war right now and cant do nothing with it so im woundering what can i do to it thats not gonna cost to much like pistons, heads, exhaust, suspention, intake, chips, programmers and so forth, me, his brother and his girlfriend are working together on this so anything helps

The best and most cost efficient thing you can do is research and plan.

Really list out all the parts and costs associated with reaching the goal.

If you really want to start working on the car, start with the exhaust side. Long Tube Headers and a high flowing cat back will be advantageous for almost any non turbo application.

Once you start on the motor, you really need to have all the details planned together to get the best results.

I agree with the above, research and plan. Building a forced induction motor is no cheap task, one that also usually involves building up the bottom end as well. If he is looking to achieve 400-450 flywheel horsepower, that can be achieved by upgrading the heads/cam. Bolts ons and nitrous could even get him there. There are alot of options out there.
