I Want To Say Thank You To Everyone That Gave Me Advice

Thank you to everyone that talked with me about my situation with my car. After alot of consideration and the need to have this car back on the road I made the decision to just have the head gaskets done. I found a guy locally that will do this for $610.00 including the tow. After talking with him I decided that he could do this right based on his experience. The car is going to be towed tomorrow morning to his place.

This decision was based on my current financial situation. Although I'd really like to have the motor rebuilt I found that with everything going on right now this is the most cost effective thing to do as I have other bills to pay elsewhere and so I'm just going to have the car repaired.

What I want you to know is that I'm going to try and save adequate funds so that I can eventually have the motor rebuilt and the transmission as well. I hope to have all this accomplished towards the end of the summer. Once again thank you and I'll keep you posted on what is happening.

I wanted to provide an update:

Yesterday, November 6th, I contacted my local police department as my car went missing and they found it (excellent police work) in a different town with everything under the hood from the firewall to the front clip completely gone. Now I have it at a local garage and am looking for all the parts in one transaction. I need everything from the 1995 Chevy Camaro Z28 350 LT1's firewall to the front clip. All posts will be answered.
