16 or bigger?

Considering new wheels/tires and checking your opinions. Ride, handling etc.. Sure love the looks of the SS wheels!

Re: 16 or bigger?

I have 18 in the back and 17 in the front. they ride a little ruff but nothing to complain about, i love them. I have a 275/40 on the 18, gives it some more grip to go. In my friends mustang he went from 18 to 17 and there was a noticeable ride difference, but it also depends in your sidewall. he wemt from a 35 to a 45 sidewall, and that made the difference.

I have the c5 y2k wheels

I suggest 18's. To me even 17's look little.

I think 17s look real good, especially with some lowering springs, but I'd probably go with 18s because you have a few more tire size options from what I've seen. Just don't EVER go bigger than 18s, it just looks wrong on F-Bodies.

NICE LOOKING MACHINE! Those are actually the wheels I have been looking at. Should look sweet on my white Z.
