132,000 Miles on Injectors. Do they need replaced ? Details inside.

My Z now has 132,000 miiles and for the second year in a row it failed emissions test for inspection (HC), scanmaster readings seem fine, resistance seems fine on injectors and when I pull fuel rail and pressurize fuel system no drips of fuel noticed from injectors. Fuel pressure is in specs with regulator hooked up and not hooked up. Is there anything else I should check injector wise to determine defective injector ?
I love this car and dont mind spending the money for new injectors to fix the problem but this is the last year that Iam going to hastle with trying to pass emissions and I dont want to start robbing parts off my T/A since it passes inspection fine.
Any help is appreciated, in the mean time I will be looking in the auto trader at late model LS1 F-Bodies and 98-99 C5 vettes for a resolution to my problem.

you can also have them cleaned for $25 each if you dont need a larger injector
