I wonder what the wieght of the car was, those numbers are

That is fast for that cam and that car has to have some weight reduction. Look at Frank95z 11.42@116mph with a 210-224 Crane cam. There is alot more about going fast then the camshaft.

Wow, those are some awesome times. Is it possible that is the fastest time in the nation on stock shortblock with a Hot Cam?? Stage II heads are my next venture, and I'm planning on having u dyno tune for me as well Jimmy.

:thumb: great work!

I drive my 224/230 on a 112 lsa everyday and thats bigger than a hotcam.... Nice times though untuned I could only manage a 114 but maybe Ill do better now that I dont have a stock slippy clutch...Just bought a spec stage 3...

What kind of weight reduction did he have? Specs on the HOTcam are 218*/228* duration @.050 and .525/.525 lift for those that don't know.

Even closer if you consider where i actually live, Elk Grove, practically your neighbor... Are you familiar with a supercharged blue firehawk that came in your shop last week if im not mistaken? his car is sick, he should be running 10's but the belt broke again

FastZen Tennessee My car weighed 3330 when i ran 11.42 it now weighs 3240. I hope to run some 11.20's in the cold weather. Small cams do well with stockheads:D Frank95z

What was the raceweight?

Great numbers - either the heads must be stout or the car is pretty light - maybe a little of both ;).
