100,000 mile tune up
100,000 mile tune up
Hey everyone,
I bit the bullet today and had the 100k tune up done. My girlfriend and I are going up to North Carolina this weekend for a few days, and I didn't want to risk any problems in the mountains. I know, it's sacreligious, but I had it done rather than do it myself. I just haven't had time lately. Anyway, I supplied the mechanic with all AC Delco parts-- plugs, wires, coil, front O2 sensors. $700 labor. For everyone who has been wondering about AC plugs, after 104,000 miles mine still looked very good.

'95 Z28, M6, stock, T-Tops, black, graphite cloth, 104,000 miles
Ordered July '94, built Dec. '94, purchased Jan. '95
Enjoy it as much today as the day I bought it

Re: 100,000 mile tune up
Dude you couldve knocked off about $500 if you wouldve changed most of that urself...the o2s are about 20 minutes apiece. the drivers side plugs and wires are about an hour...and the 2 middle passenger sides plugs couldve been changed in a couple of minutes.
