What type of gains can i expect from them? I plan on getting 1.6 ratios self alinging, are they worth the money and is adjusting them any different then adjusting stamped rockers.

Rockers are really not a huge gain when doing that mod jsut by themselves. Expect to see maybe 5-10 hp. I wouldnt hold me to that though. Adjusting is a little different but nothing hard. Should be able to find a post on how to adjust them better than Me explaining. Be careful on what ones you buy, Ive heard of the cheaper ones found on Ebay and etc. having some problems. Me included had problems with the cheapies. I now have Crane Gold Race and highly recomend them.
