I have always heard that 95's came with hardened pushrods so it probably wouldn't be necessary to change them. Springs are an issue, most suggest upgrading them while others "myself included" stick with stock springs. You have to set the rockers at a 1/4 past zero as opposed to 3/4 to get away with reusing the stock springs which even at that its close to bind and some say the stockers won't last long, mine only have 3000 miles on the clock at this point, the post I've read didn't specify how long they held up just that they didn't long. Anyway if you upgrade the springs you might as well replace the seals, caps, locks and I'm not certain how a shim comes into play on a valvespring but I've heard its necessary to use them, I can only imagine that its to establish a certain amount of seat pressure which if thats the case in a sense your taking away some of the lift capability of the spring by shiming it but appearantly it isn't a significant amount.
