I installed some comp cam roller rockers on my 95 lt1 and now i have this ticking noise like the valves are tapping.

I have adjusting these things till I'M blue in the face and I still hear that tapping noise on one side.Could this be a bad lifter or what ?
I know they make a slight ticking noise but not like this.

The springs were changed also,need help this tapping is driving me crazy.

 

How loud is it? Because even if they are set correctly... they still make a noise but very soft and rapid ticking.
