I am thinking about getting some mac full length headers but can only get them in 1 5/8 primaries. Do you guys recommend going with bigger primaries. I have all the mods in my sig and am not going to go crazzy with mods (if I was I would definitly go 1 3/4)just wondering if there would be any benifit to getting a different header with 1 3/4's. Thanks for any suggestions

 

There are lots of people using the macs and happy with them. I think you already know the answer, your not going crazy with future mods so they're a good choice for you. The 1 5/8 will actually perform better through the low to mid rpm range and the 13/4 will only have the edge around the peak. People always brag about their great plug access with the macs too.
