1/4 mile times from last summer

Are these times any good taking in consideration that the car is completly stock,auto.,3.23 gears... 1997 SS...also had a bad oxygen sensor and leaking intake.....i didnt run the car the previous owner did...had bad reaction times too
.698 reactin .789 reaction
2.187 60ft 2.162 60ft
14.309 1/4@97.19 14.445 1/4@95.77

With intake fxed and oxygen senor changed...plus slp loudmouth slp shortie headers 160*thermo throttle body bypass 1le intake new plugs and wires(stock) what time do u think i would run with a decent reaction time.. also i wil have slp subframe connectors and a BMR stutower brace if it matters on bridgestone potenza re-730's.....
would 8 mm msd wires make better times with tock ignition?
thanks ppl

The stock times are a little on the slow side, and indicate a car not in good tune (low trap speed).

With the problems fixed and the mods you added, a high 13 should be pretty easy to obtain. Maybe a mid 13 with decent traction.

First off, reaction doesnt have anything to do with ET, you could have a 10minute reaction time and still run a 5 second quarter.

Second those times seem pretty normal considering auto convertible bone stock.

you might see 14 flat

Edit, oh not a convert, then they do seem little slow, and yeah with those mods id say high 13

No, not snotty. Depends how bad, intake leak if it is the one im thinking of in the back of the intake that every lt1 that rolls off the line has, that wont affect any performance at all, unless its real bad.

O2s can affect it, but not a lot unless they are REALLY bad, and at that point the car will barely run.

What was the 60'?

I saw on your car domain page it asked what tires to buy, and you said you are gettin the bridgestones, but if you haven't bought the tires yet, check my sig and 60' and I would strongly recomend those for obvious reasons.
