Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

thats some combination youve got. i dont have any real experience with mods like those but from what ive read i think a low 11 is possible with the spray and prolly a high 11 or so N/A if you can get it to hook. good luck let us know how it goes.

Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

do you have a 12 bolt? if not when you leave on those ET streets that 10 bolt will go bye bye. If you have a 12 bolt then i think mid 11's are possible, if on a 10 bolt low 12's are more than likely

Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

W/ CC306 - 344rwhp/347rwtq
W/ 125 shot - 446rwhp/489rwtq

12.4 @ 112 w/ CC306
11.5 @ 120 w/ 125 shot

This is before you have driveline and stock bottom end problems. I can only imagine revving the CC306 to its potential at 6500rpm - 6700rpm and add 125 shot/shock to that

Is that the 93 T56 with the deep first gear?

Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

the m29 in first gear with 3.73 gears is the same as a 4.16 gear in 1st of the 94+ m6. and yes, they are a little weaker... i know, mine took a crap the day after we tuned the new motor....

as for the rear end, everyone is different....i've seen them take 1.48 launches over and over, and then again, i've seen them **** parts on the track from 1.98's....it's really just a crap shoot

my prediction is LOW 11's on spray, and right around 12.00 on motor.

Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

My car with 3.73's/2800 converter and a NX Wet 100 shot went 12.1 @ 116 on a crappy 1.87 60'. So I would beffinately be hoping for somewhere in the low 11's.

Re: 1/4 mile time predictions

That 10 bolt will be trashed in no time with a spray launch in a 6spd.. sorry.

I'd still count on 11 second passes even w/o launching too hard.

Some 10 bolts are freaks. My friend has a cc306 on a big shot, and launches the hell out of it on the street all the time with m/t dr's, and it still hasn't broken yet. I mean multiple times per week and heating up the tires. One of my other friends on the otherhand is on his 13th set of gears, no joke. So I guess its the luck of the draw and how the gears are setup...
