**Y-pipe**

Will the stock Y-pipe fit on a pair of mac headers. I could get some mac headers only, for real cheap and was wondering if they would fit. Later on will I be able to swap a 3in Y-pipe. TIA

Probably not. That's one reason why MAC provides a new y-pipe with their headers when you purchase them.

you could call MAC and see if they can sell you a Y-pipe by itself that will fit, or you could try for true duals off the shorties...if you get the MAC y-pipe price, that will help you figure out if what you are buying is really that cheap (remembering you can get the whole setup for $370 on ebay)

mac ypipe

i think you can buy one from Speed Inc.(www.ls1speed.com) for about $150. E-mail them to make sure it'll work even though it sure looks like it will.
