$3100 to spend

Ok i have $3100 to spend and dont know where to start. I was thinking about heads and cam and alot of bolt ons. What should i get with this money.

Headers, Cam, Heads, and probebly NOS if you want 11s

But its probebly doable with a big cam and good headwork.
