$1400 to spend

taxes are coming back this week or next and ill have about $1400 or so and need to know what i should by. i already have all the bolt ons, i was thinkin about getting a LE1 heads/cam package then buying the other needed things later down the road. or just getting a cam and spraying, anyone got any ideas?????

You're on the right track. My suggestion is heads and cam. Save up a little more and go for the LE2 setup.

ya, i was thinkin that too i got a quick side question for you, i had you tune a pcm for me and i dynoed less HP the second time? same dyno and everything, i was wondering what that could be, only thing that was differect was the temp, it was like 15-20 degrees out side that day and the car sat for 3 hours befor the dyno, but was warmed up befoer the pulls

i would agree on the heads and cam package but just remeber it could easily cost well over just the price of the heads and cam. Such things as numerous gaskets, things that may break or you find that need replacing. Could end up costing you 2-3k but it won't seem like so much if you do it slowly.

save about $250 for a nice V-day present for your GF if you aint got a GF spend it on your mom

then take the rest and **** it off at the local gentelmens club, hell rent a girlfriend!

oh yeah and change your oil!

you will be far ahead doing car mods my way trust me i know

Save up some more and get either a rear end or a heads/cam package. You could also get yourself a nice brake setup or suspension setup. What are your intentions for the car?
