Z06 upgrade kit available?

I'm thinking about moving from my LT1 to an LS1. I'm curious if there is a Z06 upgrade kit.

If you have an LS1 and want the power of the LS6, you can buy LS6 heads and cam, bolt them into/onto the LS1, and voila, you've got yourself an LS6. There are better camshafts than the LS6 cam out there, but from what I've read it's actually reasonably priced compared to most aftermarket ones. The only issue is that you would likely need to re-program the computer a little bit...if nothing else, just to raise the rev limiter from 6200 to at least 6500 (maybe even a little higher? ).

If I'm going to head swap, I personally would go with stage II heads and bit more aggresive cam. LS6 heads/cam is a nice upgrade but won't be putting down nearly as much as p/p'ed stage II heads w/bigger cam.

There is nothing special about the LS6 per se ... it is essentially nothing more than a tuned H/C LS1.

Alibeit the least expensive and most streetable H/C package available.

You don't need a kit to do an LS6 swap, it's almost a direct bolt in. I had to do few minor mods to my PCV going from the LS1 to LS6, but it really did just drop right in. You can see pics of my swap at the link in my sig.

Everyones gonna tell ya, for what it would cost theres better heads and cams out there(which basically all the LS6 is powerwise) that will make more power.
