Yeah, just another question about exhaust. I'm pretty sure you all get tired of answering these questions. But I am just looking for suggestions here.

Loudmouth
Dynomouth
GMMG
Flowmaster
cutout, headers, Y-pipe......??

Where should I go? It's all stock on the LS1 WS6 right now. I love the rumble on the Loudmouth and Dynomouth. So help me out?

I have the Loudmouth on my car and I absolutely love it.
Best $300 I ever spent.
So, that's my recommendation.

I had the Dynomouth installed last week and haven't driven my Impala since. Best $165 I ever spent. Very NASCARish, but not too loud for this old man. I like the sound of it better than my Impala's, but an M6 can turn a raspy exhaust into a musical instrument. Good luck in your decision LS1rammer.

I had the Borla system and liked it a lot...

A lot of people like the Corsa and GMMG setups too...

But, the concensus always seems to be that the Loudmouth is really good for the money...

I went to a local shop to set up a custom catback, simply 3" pipe after y-pipe, a flowmaster muffler, and 2 x 2.5" tail pipes. The cost of everything, including the matericals, labor, and tips, was $300. Minus the tips, I think it was around $200.

here's what it sounds like...

I'm all for the headers! Can somebody lead me to the set up with this? Electric cutout? and which pipe would be best? Which headers? Hooker LTs? I can do the install myself, so money is not an obstacle there.

By all means, throw in ideas!

Ah, put up the cash and go with GMMG. Its money well spent in my opinion. Everything about it is great. The fit is awsome, the sound is the best i have personally heard on an LS1 and its stainless steel to boot. No complaints here. Talk with ratio411 about dynomouth his car sounds good with it, and thats coming from a video clip.

I just got my cutout put on Monday... and it sounds absolutely gorgeous! And it'll sound even better once I get 3" pipes, hi-flow cat, headers, and intake, cuz my car's 100% stock except for the cutout now. It's guaranteed to turn heads
