x-pipe
x-pipe
I"m gonna do 3" piping for my True Duals, and I'm gonna run an X-Pipe setup.
Which would be more cost effective and work better?
-the shop custom welds one.....
-or buy a fully built x-pipe......
-or buy a x junction and have the shop do the rest?

The Dr Gas tandem junctions are works of art which may be why the NASCAR boys run them. I wanted to best parts possible and the least restriction possible for my exhaust system so I went with one. However at $200 there are probably other more cost efficient ways of doing the same thing. On my son's car we went with one made on the spot in a muffler shop. It was extremely cheap as the entire true dual exhaust was only $180. His mildly modified street car runs elevens so it must be working ok.

I have a set of Lane's true duals on my car. Mine are the same as the set that's painted black on his website. No, I didn't buy my wheels from Lane.
