WS6 Shocks same as stock TA ??

WS6 Shocks same as stock TA ??

wonder if anyone can tell me if the shocks on a '99 WS6 trans am's are an upgrade to the stock ones on a 96 (not ws6) trans am or are they the same...

Look and see if your shocks are orange, thoose were the regular issue shocks on z28,formula,transam, ss, ws6.96-97 SS and WS6 cars came with blue and yellow bilstiens,98-02 SS and ws6 cars come from the GM plant with the orange Decarbon shocks.If you checked the option box for the suspension package, it was instaled at SLP with the blue/yellow bilstiens.
