WS6 hood
I have a 98' trans am and i want a WS6 hood. Who makes the best WS6 style hood for a trans am? I want it to be identical to the WS6 hood. Should i get one from GM. How much are they? any info would be great

Check out your local swapmeets that's where I picked mine up. It is a Factory WS6 hood And I paid $250 for it. The same hood through GM is $1500
ASCD also makes a WS6 style hood. Also SLP's Ram Air HO hood is a good looking piece.

I read on here that the American sports car design WS6 hood is made from the same mold as the GM hood put its a couple of dollars cheaper.Go to http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...id=1165#T1075. You might be able to find one at a swapmeet but good luck. A WS6 Firebird is a rare site on the street so finding a owner who is selling his hood is even rarer.
