There is a local car up for sale, 99 Z28, black, 6 speed, with the LE1 package (stripper car with no options) apparently only like 55 made in 99 and only 14 were black like this one. Would you pay extra for this package or still offer around normal price? Car has 79K miles on it, he is asking 8,000 I told him I can only do 7K. This sound fair?
Car has pacesetter headers, y pipe, flowmaster exhaust, but doesn't have cats. Does 7 cash sound about right?

It's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it.
I wouldn't pay extra for an "exclusive" car like that. That is worth zero extra in the real world. All you're getting is still a run-of-the-mill F-body.
Take it for what it's worth.

I wouldnt pay extra.
Personally id see them being a equal value to all the other cars, as you dont have the comforts of PW, PL etc etc.
The true "Factory Race car" 1LE package died in 1992.
The '86-'92 1LE Camaro's & Firebirds were truely something special, with bigger brakes, different steering, springs, Dual baffle fuel tank, aluminum driveshaft, 9 bolt, a/c delete, etc. They were far more then a completely stripped SS
