Oh and btw- the Mach's are rated at 320 lb/ft

And if you wanna see what a typical Mach 1 puts down on the dyno, go here:

So like I said, no problem for the T/A.

I didn't have any problems with my buddies 2003 Mach1 M5 in my 2000 SS M6 or my current 2002 SS A4.

His only mod is a O/R H-Pipe and a Drop-In K&N.

Stock LS1's dyno anywhere from the 280-310 rwhp(maybe more) 5. 5spd Mach'1 can beat a a4 LS1 heads up w/ 2 good drivers and is still a good race for a 6spd.
1. Most manual drivers can't get 60 ft times like most A4 drivers can. Thats just a fact of life. 2. I've talked to several Mustang guys on other forums and they'll even tell you a 290 rwhp Mach is a freak. 3. Yes I meant 2 not 3. Most LS1's start around 290s and go to 315 whp. 5. I agree, but see #1.

I have ran a couple of Machs from a slow roll in 1st and had over 2 car lengths and was still pulling in 3rd before I let off. That was a catbacked Mach and a stock Mach vs stock w/a crappy Ravin muffler on my 2000 SS. I do know they really like 4.11's and drag radials though and are easily capable of mid 13s in stock form.

Mach1's are over hyped retro trash.

While I was gone from this site I crossed over to the Fordside. I had a bolt-on 03 GT and was very un impressed with Mach1's I ran into.

Stock LS1 vs Stock Mach1 it will only be close street light to street light. Out on the open road it is all LS1. Gears only help the Mach1 in the 1/4.
