huh? it is kinda straight forward but all you hafta do is plug it in then go find an electric cord and cut it, shove the piece in the cigarette lighter (hafta take the center piece out) and then hook it up to the power cord on the switch. after that you can cut a hole in the ashtray if you don't smoke (if you do tisk tisk, i don't
) and pop it in there. once in there you will kinda hafta wiggle it around to get the ashtray to go into the right spot again since the switch is kinda long and hits under but all your doing it bending the wires some. thats all there is to it man
its called the qtec and they are made by quick time performance. the owner can't make enough of em cuz they are such nice pieces...... and the fact the owner is one of the nicest guys i've talked to about performance parts
enjoy being one of use louder cars that can shut em up so we don't hafta ask the cop to repeat

If you are looking at buying one you should look at the Mccord also. Try www.mccordcg.com/mpp/faq.htm I had the Qtec but it didn't last a year. I dealt with Keith at Mccord and he was super to deal with. The Mccord seems to seal better when closed and I have had no problems with it. It was even a little less expensive.
As to your wiring dilemna. Only 2 of those wires are connected to the motor. The other 2 are not needed. Hook any one wire to the negative post of a battery and touch the other wires one by one to the positive. If nothing happens, pick another wire and put it on negative, and then touch the remaining wires one by one until the motor moves. Once you get the motor to move, you have the right 2 wires and can ignore the other 2. To get the motor to move in the other direction, reverse the wires...move the one that was on positive to negative and vice versa. This is how you will need to wire your switch....in a way that reverses both the positive and negative...not just feeds positive to one wire or the other. It requires a momentary double pole double throw with a jumper on the back. I never used the one that came with my Qtec because it was too large for where I wanted to put it and I bought a miniature switch at an electronics store. If you can't get a switch locally, I will sell you that one and label the wires as to where they go. Email me if interested.

Hmmm...my quicktime electric cutout came with a switch that lights up red/green/white on the end, a long grey cord that runs from the switch to the motor, and a few wires attached to the switch for power. I ran the grey cable through a small hole I cut in the rubber shift boot. I installed the switch on the side of the console to the left of the shifter. The power source came from the pink ASR wire and the ground was attached to the sheet metal under the console. I don't know where you got the cutout from, but if you don't have the parts I mentioned, I'd give the guy @ quicktime a call and see what you need to do. He might be able to send you some instructions or parts depending on what you need.
Here's a shot of my interior after install...

Here's a pic of the motor (notice the grey cord I mentioned above)
