Will Ws6 Highrise Airbox(PN#12455209) fit under SS Hood?

Will Ws6 Highrise Airbox(PN#12455209) fit under SS Hood?
I was thinking about buying this higher air box(Part#12455209), but don't know if it would fit under my 98+ SS Hood since it's made for a WS6...
Could someone please help me out?

HOWEVER...
You can do waht I did to get mroe air in, and that is take some nice sized washers and shim up the airbox, adding a foam type sealant tape (i used the stuff they install on the bedrails before sitting a truck cap on a pickup) around the bottom of the box base, and take a carbide bit jigsaw blade and cut out the back of the hood where the 4 small holes are (on SS's) and make one large opening. The car does MPH 1-2 mph more in the1/4, and I am trapping over 110 mph now, on stock motor with this done and headers only... average no wis 13.0x-13.1x
