Will Hypertech replace TM after LS1 Edit

I went to LS1 Speed (200 miles) to have them remove Torque Management from my PCM. I removed my Hypertech programming before I went. They use LS1 edit. I asked them to set the WOT shift points at 6000 rpm and my rev limiter at 6300 rpm. It was raining the day of my appointment so I couldn't test it out. Now at WOT going from 2nd to 3rd I hit the rev limiter.

I have no more vacation days left and I use this car for a daily driver so I can't send them the PCM to change the settings.

If I reconnect the Hypertech to the PCM and not use the power programming will it put the Torque Management back or mess up the programming all together?

Any help would be appreciated.

Why do you need the Power Tuning? Just adjust your Shift points and Rev. Limiter with your Hypertech. If you do not install the Power Tune then you should not re-enable the TM.
