will 2k headers work on 2k1 car???

will 2k headers work on 2k1 car???
a buddy of mine wants to sell me his midlengths with y pipe for a steal, only problem is i know that the headers are diff for both years for egr, is there any possible way to modify the headers so that they will still work the 2001, and what modifications would i have to do? thanks in advance guys!

Buy a block off plate for the EGR or simply fabricate one.
The only other issue is the AIR tubes. The flange on the 01 is 90* from the 98 and 99, not sure on the 00. Never the less you can either bend the AIR tube or simply buy a pair for $70-$90.
