why no programmers for 98's?

why no programmers for 98's?
i was checking around and was wondering why nobody makes a programmer for a 98 except hypertech? i checked diablo, superchips and cant find anything. whats the story or did i just overlook it. thanks

The reason is that they have a different computer than the later years.
