48,700-it's my daily driver. It has new spark plugs, wires, and belts. I'm also getting my new clutch installed soon. I'm on my second set of tires. I still get a bigger smile every time I drive it!

ANY engine will last 200k miles if treated properly and the owner keeps up with regular maintnance.

 

the link about the corvette says that in 250,000 miles he has changed the oil 52 times. That means he did it about every 5000 miles. There is some more ammo for the synthetic fans.

Thank GOD I feel soooooo much better now!! I've got a '98 w/ 74K. I port/pol-ed the heads myself about 7-10K ago, and was VERY happy to see the factory cross-hatchings were as clear as a factory shell....NO FEARS WITH GOOD MAINT.!!!!! Haven't dyno'ed yet but I'd expect 380H...prolly 360T the way it feels.....fast!
