Who has pacesetters?

I want to get some pacesetter headers. Basically b/c of the price and I haven't heard anything really negative about them. Some clearance issues I heard if you get there y-pipe. So drop me some feeback. I want to order at set in a week or two. I also need to know what y-pipe are you guys using or just getting one custom made after the headers are on.

i have em with the pacesetter Y-pipe. it taps the K-member a bit but you can bend em that lil tad bit and they won't do it anymore (mine stopped after about a month of driving it).

i love em and if i had to do it over again, the only thing i'd change is getting the coated kind (i have uncoated but no rust in 4 months of having them)

BEFORE PACESETTERS/Y-PIPE: 12.96 @103

AFTER PACESETTERS/Y-PIPE: 12.33 @107 (same kind of day, same track)

I rest my case...

HOW IN THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?!??!?!?!?!? Mustang dynos (not mustang as in the car, mustang as in the dyno manufacturer for those who were confused) work on a slightly different calculation principle. they combine inertia loads with eddy current loads (basically to include the actual weight of the car) while the more common dynojet only uses inertia load....in just about every single case the dynojet will read higher rear wheel hp and torque than the mustang dyno. your saying that on a dynojet, you would dyno 360+ rwhp with free mods and headers????? was this actual hp or SAE hp????

very unusual for a mustang dyno IMO both of those look to be about 30hp higher than what it should be

im not callin bulls**t on ya or anything but those are WEIRD numbers for a mustang dyno.... when you can dyno your car again, use a dynojet if you can find one and let us know how it goes. be interesting to see.

i'll be using a dynojet to tune the cam........ the mustang dyno ate up my rear tries ALOT (put X marks in the rubber that chewed off in no time)

twin roller dynos tend to do that....the MD-250 mustang dyno uses dynojet type rollers but nobody ever has one of them.

wait...you had the cam when you pulled 352 or no?
