Where can I get LS2 coil packs?

Where can I get LS2 coil packs?

Besides Ebay. I need 8 LS2 coils with the brackets and harness.

Aren't they the same as LS1 coils and brackets?

Yeah, I thought the coil packs were pretty much a carry over from the Gen III motors?

No the LS2 coils are different and require less power to generate a spark. Better design and smaller.

To answer your question, check LS1tech.com. Are you going to run them on your Lt1?

For the coil diff...search features are cool.

For any LS1 guy thinking of running LS2 coils. More spark does not equal better. Thats why MSD coils are a worthless mod for most LS1's. More spark just simply isnt needed for most. All you end up doing is replacing plugs more often.
You can increase the dwell in tuning if you need more spark.

Looks like an interesting bit of work.

Tech has a list of part numbers under the Ls2/7 section. I bet SDPC would have the LS2 parts you need if you don't want to wait for used ones to pop up.
