Where is the air bag sensor?

Where is the air bag sensor?

I am putting on a billet grille and I want to make sure that I don't hit it.

Don't think there is anything like that in front (like on a Mustang). All the airbag stuff is under the console as far as I know.

yeah the sensor is located under the consol where u rest your arm. pretty scary huh?

GOOD QUESTION...yeah, behind and under the console as far as I remember; but aren't there also sensors between the skins of the unibody???.....anyone????

on my old 95 there was one under the hood connection and front bumper but it should be nowhere near what your doing

When I was putting in my Lou's short stick, I about freaked

when i pulled up the console and a big yellow sticker with airbag on it appeared. So yeah its under the console
