To answer your question.........to fit anything larger than a 315 in the rear, you need to have a body shop do more than "minor" modifications to the inner wheel wells. Basically start think about tubbing it out.
Viper tires are 335 rear for the RT/10 and GTS, and I think the GTS ACR has 345's in the rear.

i also love the look of really wide rear tires in back......but when i looked into it, i realized that the 335 or 345 tires are really expensive and they dont make any drag radials in that size either.
other than that, it should be pretty easy to fit them.........just measure the correct backspacing and offset, then modify your inner fenderwells to accomodate them.
