Arrow whats the best way to add HP?

i own a 2002 Camaro Z28. i want to boost my HP to make my car a lot quicker. anyone with suggestions on what will boost my hp for a relatively cheap price. another thing is...i want ram air, i want a suggestions on what kind to get and where i can get it.

I know it's not hp but you might want to change your gears it makes a Big difference.

...do the free mods thing, www.ls1.com, lid, filter. After that, cat back, then drive the crap out of it.

Nitrous can be pricey but there is no mod out there that can give you more HP dollar for dollar.

Definetly do Lid, KN Filter, SLP Loudmouth is prob the best exhuast for the money (now 299.99) Borla would prob give you a little more power but its about 650.00. The lid filter and exhaust are a must. If you want to keep going go with 3.73 gears after that. Ram air is practically useless. I did it mostly for looks. I wouldnt expect more than 1-5 RWHP from ram air if even that much. For a $600 hood and extra airbox its a mod not worth the money unless like I already said if you want the looks. If you get to the 3.73s I guess you could go for a torque convertor from there, but at this point you will have to get new tires otherwise you will have no traction. If you still want to keep spending I would suggest intake manifold and ported throttle body. If you want to work on the engine definetly do a head and cam.
